The food came so fast and it was so good that I am amazed. It is a perfect option for those who are super hungry and want something delicious. We did not wait and we didn’t need a reservation.

Had a fantastic meal at Sankalp Restaurant in Charlotte! We tried the Paneer Balti, Dal Double Tadka, Garlic Naan, Mango Lassi, and our friend had the Chettinad Chicken — everything was absolutely delicious. The paneer was especially outstanding, easily the best I’ve had in Charlotte. Great flavors, well-prepared dishes, and a very satisfying experience overall. Highly recommend!

Delicious food! Great service and every dish was cooked to perfection! Make sure to try the sizzling plates, the butter chicken was delicious and they have a sizzling brownie for dessert- a must! Amazing spot & the food is is authentic.

I visited this with high expectations, especially since it’s known for South Indian cuisine. The restaurant definitely stands out when it comes to ambiance the interiors are vibrant, lively, and give a modern yet cultural vibe. It’s a great place to sit and enjoy time with family or friends. Coming to the food, the experience was a bit mixed. We were particularly excited to try the benne dosa, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The texture and flavor were just not as authentic or rich as we had hoped, especially if you’re someone familiar with traditional South Indian taste. On the brighter side, a few dishes did stand out. The momos and Schezwan fried rice were quite flavorful and enjoyable. However, the momos were a bit too oily, which slightly took away from the overall experience. If they can improve on that, it would make a big difference. The tea was surprisingly good and worth mentioning a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, it’s a place with great ambiance and some good food options, but consistency and authenticity in key dishes like dosa need improvement. I’d consider visiting again, but with more selective choices from the menu.

Everything about this new place was amazing! The relaxing and beautiful atmosphere, the exceptional service (Ani and Kajan were gracious and attentive. We ordered an aray of apps and entrees and they were delectable! YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU CAME, and we will definitely be back!
